Dr. SainT Kizito Omala

​Dr. Kizito Omala holds a PhD in Applied Statistics, a Masters of Statistics, and a BSc. Mathematics & Physics with Education from Makerere University, Uganda. Kizito is a full-time Lecturer in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at Makerere University. Before this appointment, Kizito worked as a Senior Examinations Officer with the National Examinations Board in Uganda. In 2016, Kizito and his co-authors (Frederico Finan and Ernesto Dal Bo) received an EASST grant for their project, "Can Centralized Teacher Transfers Improve Job Performance?"
