Dr. Jeanine Condo is the Director General of the Rwanda Biomedical Center. She obtained her PhD in Public Health from Tulane, and her MD from the National University of Rwanda. In 2013, Condo and Paul Gertler received an EASST grant for their project titled " Does providing incentives to medical providers impact their performance of Anti-Retroviral Treatment for HIV/AIDS Services?" |
