Shibiru Ayalew Melesse is currently a PhD candidate in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Seoul National University, South Korea. He has received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Shibiru is a senior lecturer and researcher at Arsi University, Ethiopia. During his visit, Shibiru worked with CEGA faculty affiliate Ketki Sheth on their research project, "Differential Response to Leadership as a Potential Mechanism for Gender Gaps in Labor Markets." |
