Samuel Muhula is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager at Amref Health Africa in Kenya and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Epidemiology at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Kenya. He has 10 years’ experience evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of health development programs in Africa, monitoring programs performance, designing operations research and implementation science studies. Samuel is an adjunct lecturer of Biostatistics at JKUAT and Moi Universities in Kenya. He is interested in evaluating the effectiveness of public health innovations in Africa.
