Samuel Muhula is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Manager at Amref Health Africa, Kenya. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Epidemiology at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) in Kenya. Samuel has over 10 years experience evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of health development programs in Africa, monitoring programs performance, designing operations research, and implementing scientific studies. Samuel is an adjunct lecturer of Biostatistics at JKUAT and Moi Universities in Kenya. His ongoing research is titled, "Social Dynamics and HIV Treatment Retention: Can Non-monetary Incentives and Facility-Based Psychosocial Support Improve Patients’ Retention in the Early Stages of HIV Care?" |
