Maya manages CEGA's training and capacity building portfolio, which includes programs in East Africa and Bangladesh that contribute to local leadership in rigorous program evaluation. Maya holds an MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a BA in International Development and World Religions from McGill University.

Chelsea supports CEGA's training and capacity building network, including the East Africa Social Science Translation (EASST) Collaborative and the BRAC-CEGA Learning Collaborative.Chelsea has a Master's in International Affairs from UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy and a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State.
ALexandra Orsola-Vidal Adviser
Alex directs all training and capacity building initiatives and leads CEGA's efforts to create a network of universities, development agencies and local research institutions that promote rigorous program evaluation. Alex holds a MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and a BA in Economics from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.
